Born in Cambridge in 1965, Chris's journey began in the family-owned Ford main dealership, Cleales, established by his grandfather in 1925. His early career was shaped within this foundational business, ingraining in him a profound understanding of the values of customer service and business operations.

In 2001, Chris transitioned to Mercedes-Benz UK, where he took on pivotal roles in high visibility projects, contributing significantly to the design of Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands and implementing customer journey designs at dealerships. His acumen in process improvement was instrumental in advancing the Company's customer service initiatives such as My Service. By 2012, Chris pivoted towards training and development within Mercedes-Benz, further honing his skills in people management and organisational development.

Embracing entrepreneurship in 2016, Chris became self-employed, leveraging his extensive knowledge in behavioural sciences to consult across various sectors. He holds a firm belief in the transformative power of behavioural sciences to drive business success and individual enhancement.
